Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of direct experience in pharmaceutical pricing operations, pricing analytics, government pricing, GTN, or pricing model development.
  • Proven experience supporting pricing operations for branded pharmaceutical products, including commercial launch activities and Medicare Part D products.
  • Hands-on experience with government pricing programs, including Best Price (BP), 340B, and Non-FAMP.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reviewing adjudicated claims, pricing data, and rebate activity.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex pricing models.
  • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships for government pricing and rebate administration.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively collaborate across functional teams.
  • Up to 20% domestic travel required for company and vendor meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, enhance, and validate pricing models supporting GTN forecasting, pricing analyses, and financial planning.
  • Execute recurring monthly pricing operational activities, including pricing validations, model updates, and reconciliations.
  • Review adjudicated claims, pricing data, and rebate activity to validate assumptions and investigate discrepancies.
  • Manage government pricing calculations and operational processes, including Best Price (BP), 340B, and Non-FAMP.
  • Partner with third-party vendors for government pricing, rebate administration, and data analytics to ensure timely execution.
  • Support commercial launch readiness by ensuring pricing infrastructure and reporting requirements are implemented accurately.
  • Review and validate commercial rebate claims and associated payment files.
  • Develop and maintain pricing operational documentation and process maps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing operational processes, controls, and data quality.
