Requirements

  • Proven ability to improve customer outcomes and build lasting, trusted relationships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing high-volume account activity.
  • Self-directed and proactive, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and modern web-based platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Empathy, active listening, and strong customer service soft skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Drive product adoption by educating customers on features and new releases.
  • Conduct structured check-ins, including onboarding, mid-cycle reviews, and renewal conversations.
  • Identify and execute account growth opportunities through upgrades and additional services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and gathering product feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records and touchpoints within the CRM and internal tools.
