- Proven ability to improve customer outcomes and build lasting, trusted relationships.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing high-volume account activity.
- Self-directed and proactive, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and modern web-based platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Empathy, active listening, and strong customer service soft skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
- Drive product adoption by educating customers on features and new releases.
- Conduct structured check-ins, including onboarding, mid-cycle reviews, and renewal conversations.
- Identify and execute account growth opportunities through upgrades and additional services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and gathering product feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and touchpoints within the CRM and internal tools.
