Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record in the jewelry industry, luxury goods, or marketplace business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to reactivate dormant accounts and grow mid-market portfolios.
  • Expertise in CRM software and data-driven account management.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and business owners.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience building or contributing to a sales function from scratch preferred.
  • Familiarity with wholesale buying, inventory management, or supply chain dynamics.
  • Comfortable with domestic travel for trade shows and client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts to build tailored reactivation strategies.
  • Prospect and develop new relationships with small-to-mid-size jewelry retailers across the US.
  • Represent Nivoda at trade shows, industry events, and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, managing onboarding and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze platform data and buying behaviors to provide commercial insights to accounts.
  • Act as a product advocate and provide structured feedback to internal teams.
  • Help shape the US enterprise sales playbook and go-to-market strategy.
