Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record in the jewelry industry, luxury goods, or marketplace business models.
- Demonstrated ability to reactivate dormant accounts and grow mid-market portfolios.
- Expertise in CRM software and data-driven account management.
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and business owners.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building or contributing to a sales function from scratch preferred.
- Familiarity with wholesale buying, inventory management, or supply chain dynamics.
- Comfortable with domestic travel for trade shows and client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts to build tailored reactivation strategies.
- Prospect and develop new relationships with small-to-mid-size jewelry retailers across the US.
- Represent Nivoda at trade shows, industry events, and face-to-face client meetings.
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, managing onboarding and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Analyze platform data and buying behaviors to provide commercial insights to accounts.
- Act as a product advocate and provide structured feedback to internal teams.
- Help shape the US enterprise sales playbook and go-to-market strategy.
