Monitor duties in landed shipping costs, identify unexpected outcomes, and file claims when errors are found.
Resolve routine customs queries and ensure import and export declarations are applied accurately.
Run the duty drawback program day to day, coordinate with Livingstone, and prepare and validate claims.
Monitor the US import bond and keep it compliant.
Work with manufacturers, starting with India, on compliant and duty-efficient export documentation and processes.
Identify duty-saving opportunities through relevant free trade agreements.
Build trade compliance processes for new duty-liable markets and escalate complex classification or legal interpretation questions.
