Qualify Leads: Through effective communication and deep listening, you’ll identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda’s offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers. Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency. You'll be an integral part of the sales team’s success. Maintain meticulous records of your outreach, engagement, and results in our CRM (Hubspot). You’ll use data and key metrics to refine your prospecting strategies and continuously improve. Share feedback from potential clients to help us refine our messaging and product offerings. You'll play a role in improving our customer journey from day one.
