Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development or SDR roles At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Senior SDR, or supervisory role (preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR targets (meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline) Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, buyer personas, and ICP targeting Hands-on experience with outreach and sales tools (Pipedrive, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trends Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and team accountability Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Must be Tech-savvy and administratively strong Fluent in English (spoken and written)
