Requirements:
Proven experience in senior HR or People Operations roles, ideally within high-growth or global environments. Strong background partnering with Revenue functions (Sales and Marketing) for a B2B or B2B2C business, especially in an office environment. A strong understanding of South Africa compliance and risk management. Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and organisational design. Someone who brings clarity in complexity and energy in ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, with a focus on optimising team dynamics and fostering a high-performance culture. Deliver proactive, high-impact support to our Revenue teams, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and policies across the business. Manage local HR legal compliance in South Africa. Shape and implement programs focused on talent development, performance management, feedback, and career growth, while ensuring they are aligned with organisational goals and designed for long-term success. Support managers in leading through change, resolving challenges, and developing their leadership skills, ensuring they are equipped to drive team performance and engagement. Partner with functional heads to drive organisational design, workforce planning, and team health, ensuring these initiatives align with the evolving needs of the business and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
