Requirements

  • 6+ years closing B2B SaaS deals (fintech, regtech, audit tech, or financial services preferred)
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling into enterprises or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially sharp, adaptable, and comfortable owning an entire market
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience working with auditors, fund administrators, or financial institutions (plus)
  • Understanding of audit lifecycle or financial services ecosystem (plus)
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments (plus)
  • Ability to identify and develop partnerships (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle in South Africa
