Requirements
- 6+ years closing B2B SaaS deals (fintech, regtech, audit tech, or financial services preferred)
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into enterprises or multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially sharp, adaptable, and comfortable owning an entire market
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience working with auditors, fund administrators, or financial institutions (plus)
- Understanding of audit lifecycle or financial services ecosystem (plus)
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments (plus)
- Ability to identify and develop partnerships (plus)
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle in South Africa
- Deploy go-to-market strategy for growth
- Develop a high-quality pipeline
- Build strategic relationships with financial institutions
- Collaborate with Customer Success for upsell/cross-sell
- Become a trusted advisor and product expert
- Identify new use cases, segments, and partnerships
- Bring customer insights to product and leadership
- Represent Circit at industry events
