Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
- Native or fluent in German
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Generate sales leads that turn into opportunities.
- Educate and develop leads through phone calls, emails, events, and campaigns.
- Identify and understand lead generation processes.
- Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map accounts.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
