Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
  • Native or fluent in German
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Generate sales leads that turn into opportunities.
  • Educate and develop leads through phone calls, emails, events, and campaigns.
  • Identify and understand lead generation processes.
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
