Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven success in closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills in both German and English.
  • Experience using sales tools such as CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their needs.
  • Deliver product demos and manage the pipeline through to close.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets.
