Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven success in closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills in both German and English.
- Experience using sales tools such as CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their needs.
- Deliver product demos and manage the pipeline through to close.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce experience preferred).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets.
