Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement within the tech/SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience in instructional design for adult learners and building structured learning paths.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enablement technology, LMS platforms, and modern CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to understand software development, engineering lifecycles, and QA testing concepts.
  • Comfort with data analysis to measure seller readiness and ramp times.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify and fix training process gaps.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and new feature releases.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver straightforward onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs through a LMS.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to report on training progress and team needs.
  • Translate complex software testing and engineering concepts into simple language for client conversations.
  • Track training metrics to measure seller readiness and program effectiveness.
  • Train the sales team on efficient use of CRM and sales tools to improve daily workflows.
  • Gather feedback from frontline sellers to identify knowledge gaps and update resources.
