  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement with demonstrated global program ownership.
  • Deep expertise in a structured value selling methodology (e.g., Command of the Message, Challenger Sale).
  • Hands-on experience certifying or coaching sellers.
  • Strong executive presence and influence over Sales, Marketing, and frontline leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for business value narratives.
  • Experience partnering with and enabling regional teams.
  • Proven ability to define or codify a B2B SaaS sales process.
  • Experience coaching managers on deal inspection, process reinforcement, and team development.
  • Highly collaborative mindset working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, build, and annual refresh of the company's value selling framework.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Build and manage a sales content library including pitch decks, battle cards, and discovery guides.
  • Design and lead a global value selling curriculum, including onboarding and skills training.
  • Partner with regional enablement leads to adapt and execute programs globally.
  • Coach sellers on discovery best practices and business outcome connections.
  • Build and maintain documentation and training for each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Develop manager enablement content to support deal inspection and pipeline quality.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to align sales process with CRM definitions.
