Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sale, sales engineering, or similar roles.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services Technology (Fintech) or Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Proven expertise with sales and solution architecture tooling and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior and executive leadership.
- Strong proficiency in solution design, product design, and business problem solving.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop the solution architecture practice for the Lending & Deposit (L&D) product.
- Manage resource capacity forecasting and align availability with sales projections.
- Establish tools, systems, and best practices for demonstrating and scoping L&D solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, Product, and Engineering teams to design scalable implementations.
- Evaluate and manage presentation and demonstration platforms to optimize client engagements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on solution design and process optimization.
