Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record in driving pipeline via digital, integrated, and multi-channel programs.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel dynamics, conversion optimization, and performance analytics.
- Strong ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI across multiple marketing channels.
- Extensive experience working with AI-driven marketing workflows and systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with core GTM systems including CRM and marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong technical aptitude for systems thinking, including inputs, workflows, outputs, and feedback loops.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales and RevOps in pipeline-driven organizations.
- Builder mentality with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy across digital, integrated, and multi-channel programs.
- Drive pipeline creation and acceleration aligned to corporate revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize campaign planning across various personas, segments, and buying stages.
- Build and optimize AI-driven processes for campaign execution, personalization, and sales handoff.
- Partner with Sales, SDR, RevOps, and Partner teams to ensure high pipeline quality and follow-up.
- Establish robust reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and channel performance.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing demand generation team.
