Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B demand generation, field marketing, ABM, or executive community programs in enterprise software.
  • At least 3 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise finance software.
  • Proven experience building and running an executive community from zero.
  • Direct experience running ABM and field motions for an enterprise US ICP.
  • Track record of owning tier-1 US conference presence end-to-end and defending pipeline numbers.
  • Experience managing a US PR agency and relationships with fintech/banking journalists.
  • Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in a player-coach capacity.
  • Working knowledge of payments, banking operations, or financial controls.
  • Bias for AI-native execution and agentic workflows.
  • Experience reporting US marketing-sourced pipeline to VP, CRO, or COO level.

Responsibilities

  • Own the US field calendar, ABM, and Experience Club program.
  • Build and run named-account programs for tier-1 US targets shoulder to shoulder with Sales.
  • Stand up and run executive communities such as CFO clubs and leadership circles.
  • Manage the US PR agency and media relations with fintech and banking journalists.
  • Own the demand-gen layer of Simetrik's organic LinkedIn presence in the US.
  • Oversee US demand-gen surfaces on simetrik.com and partner with GTM Engineering on funnel optimization.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for US marketing-sourced pipeline, reporting to the VP of GTM Strategy.
