Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience reviewing, drafting, or managing contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in business, English, philosophy, political science, pre-law, or similar.
- Demonstrated attention to detail through past contract work.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Comfort with technology and hands-on experience with business tools.
- Ability to work a schedule with at least four hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, send, and help negotiate contracts using tools like Salesforce and Ironclad.
- Verify quotes to ensure they accurately reflect customer entitlements and internal delivery requirements.
- Build a working knowledge of expert consulting, support tiers, and managed services for MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB.
- Partner with internal teams and external customers to resolve contract issues and negotiate terms.
- Respond to RFPs, vendor forms, questionnaires, and document requests in coordination with Finance and Compliance.
- Communicate terms and make recommendations to Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and external partners.
