- Process customer orders, PO Acknowledgements, Advance Shipment Notices, and Invoice sales orders.
- Perform various EDI functions and assist with inquiries from vendors, brokers, stores, and account managers.
- Manage shipping and delivery discrepancies in coordination with Warehouse and Sales Operations teams.
- Process returns, damages, and credits for retail customers.
- Maintain up-to-date trackers and inform Management and Operations regarding order information.
- Attend product trainings to stay informed on new and existing products.
