🔍 Academic and government solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Information Science or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Previous experience with library software solutions from Ex Libris, such as Alma, PrimoVE or Leganto.
  • Background in academic libraries, government, or higher education is preferred.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
  • Master's degree and experience using a Customer Success software platform (Salesforce.com, Gainsight, etc.) would be advantageous.

🔍 Intellectual Property

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Methods, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
  • At least 1 year of patent examining or patent searching experience.
  • Experience developing search methodology and utilizing databases like ProQuest Dialog and IP.com.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or work-eligible legal resident who has continuously resided in the U.S. for at least the two previous years.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Preferred: Master’s or PhD, at least 3 years of patent experience, strong attention to detail, and time management skills.

  • On a weekly basis, accept projects with a defined due date.
  • Read disclosures quickly to understand technical nuances.
  • Perform comprehensive searches for relevant prior art and provide detailed search history.
  • Prepare written opinions based on applicable prior art.
  • Maintain proficiency with commercial patent searching databases.
  • Stay updated on best practices and changes to search procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Clarivate’s Code of Business Ethics.
