Requirements

  • Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or a related operational role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with CPQ tools strongly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and order management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately during peak periods.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-starter capable of following structured workflows while flagging improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to work a mandatory split-day schedule covering EMEA and AMER time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Closed Won processing and order management for accuracy and timely execution.
  • Build standard quotes in CPQ and process Order Forms in compliance with pricing and approval policies.
  • Resolve Deal Desk cases related to technical and process inquiries, including account maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce account and order records throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Monitor the Deal Desk queue and respond to Sales requests within defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with senior team members on complex or escalated cases.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deal Desk SOPs and internal documentation.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities to ensure timely deal processing.
