Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Experience with deal review, approvals, contract structuring, and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess problems in a structured fashion.
- Proven ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively under ambiguity and pressure with intense prioritization.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across functions to identify risks and opportunities in deal structures.
- Provide critical input for deal advancement during Deal Desk Committee meetings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on approval frameworks, contract constructs, and revenue implications.
- Influence stakeholders and resolve high-impact deal escalations.
- Partner with Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Finance to address revenue recognition on non-standard deals.
- Support post-execution issue resolution between Sales, Revenue Accounting, and Order Management.
- Advise Sales teams on deal management best practices and contract structuring.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to address deal execution bottlenecks.
- Leverage Salesforce to analyze sales metrics and identify process gaps.
