Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the payments acquiring industry.
  • Proven success in complex C-level negotiations, including technical, compliance, legal, and commercial aspects.
  • Significant track record of achievement within the targeted fintech field of expertise.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships to exchange industry trends.
  • Creative problem-solving ability to manage stressful situations and multiple challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Establish an extensive pipeline of sales opportunities and manage pipeline development.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance to senior management.
  • Develop new sales strategy and identify high-value prospects.
  • Present large-scale technical products and innovative solutions to prospects at the C-level.
  • Identify and develop new sales partnership programs with large merchants with strong presence across LATAM.
  • Coordinate cross-country projects and intercept new opportunities from partners and regulatory changes.
  • Manage sales pipeline via Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent results among Tier 1 prospects.
