Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the payments acquiring industry.
- Proven success in complex C-level negotiations, including technical, compliance, legal, and commercial aspects.
- Significant track record of achievement within the targeted fintech field of expertise.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships to exchange industry trends.
- Creative problem-solving ability to manage stressful situations and multiple challenges.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Establish an extensive pipeline of sales opportunities and manage pipeline development.
- Accurately forecast sales performance to senior management.
- Develop new sales strategy and identify high-value prospects.
- Present large-scale technical products and innovative solutions to prospects at the C-level.
- Identify and develop new sales partnership programs with large merchants with strong presence across LATAM.
- Coordinate cross-country projects and intercept new opportunities from partners and regulatory changes.
- Manage sales pipeline via Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent results among Tier 1 prospects.
