🔧 Requirements

5+ years of HR people operations or service delivery experience
Demonstrated experience in managing HR processes, compliance, and data across independently operating regions
Strong ability to identify, implement, and promote consistent HR practices
Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

💡 Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of a People Services strategy
Work closely with wider People Operations teams
Support local People Ops BPs
Partner with HRIS team
Oversee and own the end-to-end execution of a specific HR lifecycle processes globally
Engage regional stakeholders to drive process consistency globally
Responsible for creating and maintaining process maps and associated documentation
Responsible for the continuous improvement, optimisation and implementation of specific global processes
Enhance processes as our technology eco-system evolves
Support Finance with monthly headcount reporting, where required
Serve as a point of escalation and support for team members
Nurture an attitude of continuous improvement amongst the team
Support with ad-hoc projects, where required
