- Ensure quality and consistency across multiple tactics led by internal and external partners.
- Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers regarding project execution.
- Act as the in-house client by communicating expectations to cross-functional teams.
- Drive strategic partnerships through deep knowledge of client products and objectives.
- Lead and participate in strategic brainstorming and annual planning sessions.
- Partner with finance and project management teams on budget development and scope management.
- Create proposals for projects within assigned accounts.
- Monitor and manage project-related risks, resolving or escalating as needed.
