Requirements
- Proven track record delivering complex Salesforce Platform (Sales/Service Cloud, Core CRM) projects.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Apex, including triggers, services, asynchronous processes, and test classes.
- Expertise in designing record-triggered and screen flows as a primary automation tool.
- Proficiency in LWC for custom UI development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data modeling, including custom objects, permission sets, FLS, and sharing.
- Experience with deployment and ALM, including SFDX source format, metadata/CLI deployment, and CI-based strategies.
- Fluency in integration concepts such as REST/Apex callouts, Connected Apps, OAuth 2.0, and Platform Events.
- Ability to reason about API-based integrations and cloud/microservice backend architectures.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operational support in parallel.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce delivery including data modeling, automation with Flows and Apex, and custom UI development using LWC.
- Act as the guardian of the org's data model and automation architecture, ensuring coherence and scalability.
- Enforce production-grade engineering standards including high test coverage, FLS/sharing correctness, and metadata/CLI-based deployments.
- Define and protect API and data contracts between Salesforce and backend integration services.
- Manage proactive risk assessment and surface technical debt to avoid delivery blockers.
- Translate complex platform constraints into clear language for non-technical PMs and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce and adjacent engineers to foster a high-quality delivery culture.
