Requirements
- Expert experience in frontend or backend development.
- Ability to pass skills tests including pixel-perfect PSD to HTML conversion.
- Experience in responsive design, HTML5, and CSS3 media queries.
- Proficiency using design and editing software.
- Knowledge of project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, or Salesforce.
- Understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media.
- Experience with large or complicated sites and high-profile clients.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of project management methodology and risk management.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
- Reliable workstation with fast computer, microphone, speakers, and stable internet.
- Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento preferred.
- Leadership experience with teams of 3 or more preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and PHP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project scopes, resource planning, and cost estimates.
- Create and execute project work plans, including wireframing and sitemaps.
- Define project scopes and provide clear instructions to design and development teams.
- Communicate project objectives and success criteria to the team.
- Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Review team deliverables before client handoff.
- Collaborate with SEO and development teams to establish vision and performance tradeoffs.
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle.
