Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, operations, or executive administration.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with U.S.-based companies or clients.
- 2+ years of remote work experience requiring independent task ownership.
- Fluent professional-level English (written and spoken).
- Fluent or highly advanced Spanish communication skills.
- Proven experience managing 50+ client interactions or tickets per week.
- Demonstrated ability to track tasks through CRM, help desk, or project management software.
- Strong technical aptitude for learning platforms like Jobber, Aspire, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to write clear, grammatically correct client-facing updates.
- Comfort recording on-camera video updates and joining virtual meetings.
- Available to work during core U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client messages across email, phone, text, and portals promptly and professionally.
- Own the communication loop for all client issues, tracking them until verified completion.
- Identify operational patterns and service complaints to recommend long-term process improvements.
- Maintain clean records in CRM/project management systems to ensure all requests and updates are documented.
- Record video updates and participate in virtual meetings to maintain clear, human-centered client relationships.
- Translate and clarify information between English-speaking clients and Spanish-speaking field operations teams.
