Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or directly enabling high-performing remote sales teams across the Americas.
- Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape and the competitive cybersecurity market.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Highspot or Seismic.
- Experience with modern LMS platforms.
- Strategic ability to build scalable systems and frameworks for predictable revenue and growth.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate global enablement initiatives into regional success by adapting content to market maturity and business culture.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Americas Regional Directors to align enablement KPIs with regional revenue targets.
- Conduct continuous evaluations of sales organization skills and performance to identify and close readiness gaps.
- Architect and manage a world-class onboarding journey to reduce time-to-productivity for new hires.
- Drive adoption of core sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Command of the Message.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch scalable training for Rubrik Security Cloud and Agent Cloud.
- Analyze and report on enablement impact using Salesforce, Clari, and Salesloft.
