Requirements
- 10+ years in business analytics, data analytics, or a related analytical function.
- Deep experience supporting commercial functions like Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Revenue Operations.
- 5+ years managing analytics teams, including experience managing managers.
- Demonstrated experience as a strategic partner to CROs, CMOs, CFOs, or comparable senior leaders.
- Strong ability to connect analytics work to revenue growth and strategic business priorities.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Fluency with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with modern data stacks such as Snowflake or dbt.
- Experience building scalable analytics processes and metric governance frameworks.
- Deep familiarity with metrics like CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, and revenue retention.
- Experience in high-growth environments such as B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytics vision and roadmap for Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Lead, grow, and develop a team of 15+ including managers.
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to commercial and financial leadership.
- Build the analytical foundation for customer acquisition, attribution, and growth experimentation.
- Equip the revenue organization with insights on pipeline, forecast, and rep performance.
- Partner with Finance on revenue reporting, unit economics, and cohort analysis.
- Build a best-in-class analytics operating model including governance and quality standards.
- Identify data gaps and partner with Data Engineering to build robust data models.
