Requirements

  • 10+ years of Business Development experience selling SaaS, Technology, and/or Data into life sciences companies.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Established and strong relationships with US commercial leaders in the pharma, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Strong business strategy and analytical skills with experience interpreting relevant metrics.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze client needs, objectives, and opportunities.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience writing, reviewing, and responding to life sciences RFPs.
  • Experience managing contracts including MSAs and SOWs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of ethics and compliance within the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

  • Sell RxVantage Enterprise services into a portfolio of up to 30 life sciences companies.
  • Define and propose growth opportunities within prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify and strategically target key stakeholders and decision makers across commercial functions.
  • Manage a target sales goal and forecast sales accurately with a clear path to close.
  • Ensure prospective and current clients recognize the strategic value of RxVantage services.
  • Act as an internal coach and mentor to provide direction and performance feedback.
  • Partner with the Life Sciences Customer Success team to identify growth opportunities and ensure outstanding client experience.
