Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical post-sales role such as customer success, technical account management, or professional services.
- Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Ability to discuss complex architecture topics like RBAC and Tenant Isolation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for platform engineers and executives.
- Experience operating with structured frameworks for success planning and renewal management.
- Commercial awareness regarding renewal and expansion strategies in a SaaS or platform business.
- Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD).
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute environments, or internal developer platforms.
- Bonus: Background in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, or public sector.
- Bonus: Contributions to open-source ecosystems.
- Bonus: Experience at a Series B-D startup.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer onboardings including workshops, platform installation, and configuration.
- Build and maintain customer success plans documenting business objectives, KPIs, and adoption milestones.
- Articulate platform value by connecting technical adoption to business outcomes like cost efficiency and engineering velocity.
- Execute regular check-ins and strategic Quarterly or Executive Business Reviews.
- Provide technical expertise on vCluster architecture, RBAC, and deployment patterns.
- Manage renewal and expansion motions, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Represent customer feedback internally to Product and Engineering teams.
