Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success Management, account management, or client-facing strategic roles with technical/complex software.
  • Enterprise experience managing complex organizations and selling to multiple stakeholders.
  • Startup background comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Hands-on prompt engineering experience with ability to optimize AI responses and build agents.
  • Demonstrated success independently renewing and expanding enterprise customers (minimum $100k+ deal).
  • Experience in AI/ML space, particularly conversational AI or automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing usage patterns and translating data into strategies.
  • Proficiency with API integrations and business intelligence tools.
  • E-commerce or CX industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Growth and Strategic accounts from post-onboarding through long-term success.
  • Translate customer goals into concrete success plans tied to operational and CX metrics.
  • Diagnose performance issues and lead improvement plans with clear owners and timelines.
  • Own renewal negotiations and independently identify and close expansion opportunities.
  • Communicate customer ROI using metrics tied to cost savings, efficiency, or revenue impact.
  • Lead training sessions, create customer-facing content, and facilitate strategy sessions.
  • Partner with sales, services, and product teams to achieve client outcomes.
