Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Passion for technology and the ability to learn technical concepts related to databases and infrastructure.
  • Strong autonomy with the ability to take full ownership of a customer portfolio.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new processes or practices.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Prior experience with sales tooling such as Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, and CommonRoom.
  • Familiarity with open-source software is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Activate and implement new logo accounts on the platform.
  • Identify activation and expansion opportunities within your customer base.
  • Manage a broad book of business and foster relationships with champions.
  • Drive consistent sales activity, pipeline development, and quota attainment.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to deliver messaging to Temporal Cloud customers.
  • Design and execute programs to support the identification and productionisation of new use cases.
  • Pursue ICP accounts to drive ARR growth.
  • Partner with the Start Up and Self Sign Up teams to ensure success for new logo prospects.
