Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Passion for technology and the ability to learn technical concepts related to databases and infrastructure.
- Strong autonomy with the ability to take full ownership of a customer portfolio.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new processes or practices.
- Collaborative team player.
- Prior experience with sales tooling such as Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, and CommonRoom.
- Familiarity with open-source software is a plus.
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Activate and implement new logo accounts on the platform.
- Identify activation and expansion opportunities within your customer base.
- Manage a broad book of business and foster relationships with champions.
- Drive consistent sales activity, pipeline development, and quota attainment.
- Collaborate with product marketing to deliver messaging to Temporal Cloud customers.
- Design and execute programs to support the identification and productionisation of new use cases.
- Pursue ICP accounts to drive ARR growth.
- Partner with the Start Up and Self Sign Up teams to ensure success for new logo prospects.
