Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated experience running full sales cycles in technology, specifically SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and consumption-based pricing models.
- Experience selling directly to platform engineering or DevOps teams.
- Proven ability to sell new, category-defining products before established market maturity.
- Technical aptitude to discuss cloud architecture and products (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Genuine interest in FinOps and cloud resource consumption.
- Ability to build influential relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Entrepreneurial 'roll up your sleeves' mindset for sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal, consistently hitting and exceeding quota and pipeline targets.
- Help define the EMEA go-to-market motion for Attribute by DoiT, including ICP, messaging, and pricing.
- Build the first wave of reference customers and case studies to support the broader GTM organization.
- Develop and execute a regional strategy identifying high-growth opportunities across EMEA.
- Build relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to drive co-selling.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to navigate technical objections.
- Maintain rigorous forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
- Feed customer signal back to product and marketing teams on a weekly basis.
- Generate personal pipeline through active prospecting and networking.
