Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
- Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue.
- Knowledge of SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners.
- Strong relationships with top VARs and Integrators.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving annual quota targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, GSuite, and MS Office.
- Experience in a startup or pre-$100M revenue company is desirable.
- IT security product experience is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and manage a 3-5X pipeline within the territory.
- Focus on closing business with companies having 1,000+ employees.
- Manage and report sales pipeline within CRM to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Network to attract and influence partner sales and grow partner relationships.
- Recruit and onboard new partners to engage in proactive demand generation.
- Maintain regional partner plans mapping strengths to target opportunities.
- Coordinate lead flow between partners and the internal Bitwarden Sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver events and programs that generate awareness.
- Set financial goals for partners and drive key channel initiatives across technical and professional services.
