Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
  • Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue.
  • Knowledge of SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners.
  • Strong relationships with top VARs and Integrators.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving annual quota targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, GSuite, and MS Office.
  • Experience in a startup or pre-$100M revenue company is desirable.
  • IT security product experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and manage a 3-5X pipeline within the territory.
  • Focus on closing business with companies having 1,000+ employees.
  • Manage and report sales pipeline within CRM to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Network to attract and influence partner sales and grow partner relationships.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to engage in proactive demand generation.
  • Maintain regional partner plans mapping strengths to target opportunities.
  • Coordinate lead flow between partners and the internal Bitwarden Sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver events and programs that generate awareness.
  • Set financial goals for partners and drive key channel initiatives across technical and professional services.
