Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology-focused B2B sales experience.
  • Substantial experience selling into Benelux and Nordic countries.
  • Proven success generating sales pipeline and nurturing prospects to contract signature.
  • Strong proficiency in solution selling and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technological concepts including cloud platforms and developer tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25–30% of the time as needed.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch, Danish, or Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a tailored territory and account strategy for Benelux and the Nordic region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification to deal closure.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and customer information within Salesforce.
  • Provide market and competitive insights to strategically position Upsun.
  • Travel approximately 25–30% of the time within Benelux and the Nordics.
