Requirements
- 5+ years of technology-focused B2B sales experience.
- Substantial experience selling into Benelux and Nordic countries.
- Proven success generating sales pipeline and nurturing prospects to contract signature.
- Strong proficiency in solution selling and value-based selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technological concepts including cloud platforms and developer tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 25–30% of the time as needed.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch, Danish, or Swedish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a tailored territory and account strategy for Benelux and the Nordic region.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification to deal closure.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and customer information within Salesforce.
- Provide market and competitive insights to strategically position Upsun.
- Travel approximately 25–30% of the time within Benelux and the Nordics.
