Requirements

  • Proven track record in Cybersecurity Sales or Software Sales.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and sales forecasting tools (CLARI).
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Readiness for extensive travel to meet business needs.
  • Capability to work remotely and manage a territory-based home office in Central Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales quotas through new logo acquisition and cross-selling/upselling existing customers.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end customer engagement process.
  • Initiate and lead high-impact sales strategies and partner collaborations.
  • Develop and nurture executive-level relationships.
  • Conduct strategic site visits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain account and opportunity data in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
  • Communicate value proposition effectively to retain and grow accounts.
  • Adhere to the SOPHOS Sales Methodology (MEDDPICC).
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Marketing teams.
