Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management.
- Proven track record in Cybersecurity Sales or Software Sales.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and sales forecasting tools (CLARI).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Readiness for extensive travel to meet business needs.
- Capability to work remotely and manage a territory-based home office in Central Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales quotas through new logo acquisition and cross-selling/upselling existing customers.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end customer engagement process.
- Initiate and lead high-impact sales strategies and partner collaborations.
- Develop and nurture executive-level relationships.
- Conduct strategic site visits to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain account and opportunity data in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
- Communicate value proposition effectively to retain and grow accounts.
- Adhere to the SOPHOS Sales Methodology (MEDDPICC).
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Marketing teams.
