Requirements

  • 5+ years in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales roles with consistent overachievement.
  • Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises.
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles and high scrutiny.
  • Proficiency in methodology-driven execution, specifically MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
  • Fluency in engaging both C-level executive stakeholders and technical audiences.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on delivering customer outcomes.
  • Operational discipline in CRM hygiene and forecast rigor.
  • Collaboration-focused mindset for working across cross-functional teams.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience selling in or alongside open-source ecosystems.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience selling technical workflow/automation products or DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops tools.
  • Nice-to-have: Early-stage or scale-up environment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory.
  • Build pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning.
  • Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to drive accurate forecasting.
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end including discovery, demos, technical validation, and negotiations.
  • Translate technical value into business outcomes, aligning n8n’s automation and AI capabilities with client needs.
  • Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers.
  • Create and drive mutual action plans with customers to ensure accountability and momentum.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs.
  • Represent n8n at events and in-market to build credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders.
