Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology-focused B2B sales experience.
  • Substantial experience selling into both Benelux and Nordic countries.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Demonstrable experience using Solution Selling and Value-based selling techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Tenacious and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to grasp new technological concepts, specifically cloud platforms and developer tools.
  • Independent and proactive self-starter.
  • Willingness to travel 25–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a tailored plan to achieve corporate objectives within new and existing client accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, tracking data in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to coordinate support.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to both technical and business audiences.
  • Stay informed on competitor offerings and industry trends in the Benelux and Nordic markets.
  • Forecast pipeline activity and differentiate the platform from competing solutions.
  • Travel within Benelux and the Nordics (25-30% of the time) to support sales efforts.
