Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and owning marketing or ecommerce websites.
- Hands-on experience with Sanity or a comparable headless CMS (content modeling, GROQ queries, TypeScript schemas).
- Working proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Fluency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and conversion analysis.
- Proven track record of improving page and form conversion through data-driven decisions and structured A/B testing.
- Strong eye for page design, layout, page hierarchy, and user experience.
- Ability to independently perform site speed, schema markup, and SEO optimizations.
- Autonomous, solution-oriented approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable taking and incorporating feedback on highly visible public-facing work.
- Experience with heatmap or session-recording tools is preferred (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
- Experience with website personalization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and maintain landing pages and templates in Sanity, ensuring the CMS and component library remain optimized.
- Guide page layout and design decisions, translating brand direction into effective, high-performing web pages.
- Perform QA on every release to address visual, functional, and cross-device issues.
- Manage Core Web Vitals, site speed, and SEO fundamentals, including schema markup and indexing.
- Identify and resolve friction in user flows, forms, navigation, and information architecture to improve site conversion.
- Design and execute structured A/B tests with statistical rigor.
- Manage end-to-end site measurement using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including tracking conversions and funnel analysis.
- Support the development and maintenance of AI-powered tools and experiences integrated into the website.
