Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in web operations, digital project management, or design production.
- Proven experience owning a company's public-facing website.
- Strong project-management skills: intake, prioritization, timelines, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on ability to execute professional-standard design and copy edits.
- Proficiency in design tooling and working within established design systems.
- Data fluency with experience reading and setting up web analytics (e.g., GA4).
- Working knowledge of SEO and generative search optimization best practices.
- Experience with conversion funnel optimization and modern CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and QA/accessibility workflows.
- Technical literacy to collaborate on tooling and infrastructure decisions.
- Experience with multi-language and multi-region localization projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of the website as a living product.
- Refine information hierarchy, design, and copy to maintain a high quality bar.
- Set quantitative metrics and establish tracking/reporting cadences.
- Review and improve SEO, generative/AI search visibility, and conversion funnels.
- Partner with engineering to develop CMS and analytics infrastructure.
- Facilitate cross-functional synchronization and retrospectives.
- Ensure content consistency across the website and adjacent channels.
