Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in field engineering, project management, or related roles supporting industrial or power generation projects.
- Experience supporting power generation maintenance projects.
- Strong background in estimating, project execution, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated understanding of project controls and project risk management practices.
- Technical knowledge of power plant systems and major power generation equipment.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams across a region.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with utility plant operators and industrial customers.
- Identify maintenance opportunities and support regional growth strategy.
- Participate in RFQ evaluations and lead bid decisions.
- Prepare, review, and approve project estimates using company tools.
- Lead the transition from estimate to formal proposal.
- Provide oversight for maintenance projects, monitoring safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor project managers, superintendents, and field engineers.
- Ensure accurate and timely operational, financial, and commercial reporting.
