Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in web development.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior role managing teams of 5+ developers and designers.
- Expertise in modern content management system implementation and optimization.
- Understanding of web development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, and API integrations.
- Experience managing marketing technology implementations, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency with design collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Ability to travel twice a year for in-person meetings at the Brooklyn office.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level web development projects, including website redesigns, CMS implementations, and digital platform integrations.
- Collaborate with marketing content, analytics, UX/UI, and engineering teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of the WordPress CMS for scalable workflows.
- Oversee the integration of design systems and component libraries to maintain brand consistency and accessibility.
- Coordinate the deployment of marketing technology stacks including Google Analytics, DataDog, and HubSpot.
- Monitor project health and build dashboards for sprint progress and workload visibility using Jira, Smartsheets, and Adobe Workfront.
- Establish quality assurance processes, user acceptance testing, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2).
