Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in web content production, content marketing, writing, editing, or SEO content.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex subject matter into engaging content.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, and performance measurement.
- Experience partnering with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Successfully designed and implemented repeatable AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency while maintaining editorial quality.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable organic traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth marketing blog from ideation through research, writing, editing, publishing, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Define and manage a monthly and quarterly web content calendar that supports integrated marketing campaigns and SEO/GEO/AEO initiatives.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content assets including blog posts, white papers, infographics, and landing pages.
- Conduct SEO and LLM user research to identify content opportunities and audience needs.
- Build and operate a repeatable content production engine to improve speed, quality, and governance.
- Use AI-enabled workflows to accelerate content operations while maintaining editorial judgment and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing, PR, Product, and Clinical teams to align content strategy across the organization.
