Growth Campaign Manager, Lifecycle

Partner with the Sr Technical Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build, test, and deploy multi-channel member acquisition and engagement campaigns (email, mail, SMS) in Braze.
Build, launch, and maintain campaigns and Canvases using established templates, including audience segmentation, trigger logic, and A/B testing.
Monitor daily campaign health and track key conversion funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Manage campaign orchestration from intake to retrospective, including developing briefs, workback plans, and coordinating cross-functional approvals.
Develop and maintain AI-assisted project management workflows to streamline campaign launches and eliminate bottlenecks.
Support growth initiatives such as webinars, landing-page tests, or SEO/SEM campaigns.
