Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare or healthcare-related field
  • Understanding of selling through partnerships
  • Quantifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets or OKRs
  • Ability to present clearly to key decision makers
  • Consultative selling experience, including collaboration with an indirect sales team
  • Ability to proactively manage pipeline and willingness to leverage Salesforce in a strategic data-driven approach
  • Demonstrated collaboration with internal colleagues (marketing, product, ops, etc.) to support sales momentum
  • A passion for improving the health of millions of people with the ability to thrive in a mature startup environment
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales strategy for a book of Health Plan business, maintaining collaboration on co-selling opportunities and tracking KPIs to demonstrate success
  • Foster Health Plan ASO Partnership relationships and drive Virta awareness within their organization (promote Virta’s latest studies, accomplishments, news cycles)
  • Empower the Health Plan sales teams to sell Virta (Provide regular training, sales enablement and marketing materials)
  • Establish regular touchpoints with the Health Plan’s sales leaders (plan team trainings, 1:1s, in person events)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Virta to our key Health Plan contacts for education, content, marketing, legal, and Q&A
  • Work closely with Vitra’s Health Plan Sales and Customer Success team members to provide feedback and expose potential service expansions to better meet the needs of our clients
