Requirements
- 7+ years of technical program management experience in a software engineering organization.
- At least 2 years of experience in an AI, ML, or platform transformation context.
- Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML initiatives or SDLC modernization programs.
- Fluency with AI-driven SDLC concepts including AI-assisted requirements and agentic deployment.
- Ability to translate engineering complexity into executive narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across CTO, VPs, and ICs.
- Experience running programs spanning multiple scrum teams, including offshore-heavy organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project tooling.
- Familiarity with engineering metrics such as DORA or SPACE frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project execution across the full lifecycle.
- Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and manage risks and tradeoffs.
- Serve as the PMO lead for ML agentic platforms and customer-facing products.
- Partner with engineering leads to embed AI into each SDLC phase.
- Establish and continuously improve team processes to increase quality and productivity.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira to enable visibility into progress, capacity, and delivery health.
