Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within a data, SaaS, or research company.
- Demonstrated experience working with CPG, Grocery, Retail, or Restaurant clients.
- Proven track record of growing accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Experience managing expansion quotas or upsell targets.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Ability to interpret category or share data to identify pitches and client stories.
- Comfort negotiating with and selling to VP-level stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Bonus: Experience in Commerce Media.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of CPG, grocery, retail, and restaurant accounts with accountability for net revenue retention.
- Build and execute expansion plans by identifying new buyers and underused product lines.
- Serve as the senior point of contact, building relationships with stakeholders beyond the original buyer.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewal discussions with a focus on expanding scope.
- Translate product roadmap and capabilities into client-specific pitches.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to ensure reliable pipeline forecasting.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Ops, and Customer Success to resolve client issues and leverage wins for expansion.
- Provide market and client intelligence to internal leadership to guide future product development.
