Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead end-to-end activations.
  • Experience planning and executing complex projects across multiple weeks.
  • Ability to work with leadership to co-develop optimal configuration strategies.
  • Strong, clear communication skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience teaching new technology in an approachable and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to travel approximately twice per month for 2-3 days each for in-person support.
  • Deep interest in mastering the M7 platform and contributing to team playbooks.
  • Experience implementing new technologies or processes (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in professional services, sales, or customer success (nice-to-have).
  • Healthcare industry experience, including first-hand bedside experience (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Project manage the entire go-live process, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Analyze hospital staffing workflows and ensure all units and personnel are correctly configured in the M7 platform.
  • Train unit leadership and key stakeholders on the effective use of the M7 platform.
  • Drive M7 adoption in the first month post-launch through close relationship management.
  • Monitor platform engagement and identify barriers to adoption.
  • Synthesize feedback from nurse leaders to inform and shape product improvements.
