Requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead end-to-end activations.
- Experience planning and executing complex projects across multiple weeks.
- Ability to work with leadership to co-develop optimal configuration strategies.
- Strong, clear communication skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience teaching new technology in an approachable and collaborative manner.
- Ability to travel approximately twice per month for 2-3 days each for in-person support.
- Deep interest in mastering the M7 platform and contributing to team playbooks.
- Experience implementing new technologies or processes (nice-to-have).
- Experience in professional services, sales, or customer success (nice-to-have).
- Healthcare industry experience, including first-hand bedside experience (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Project manage the entire go-live process, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
- Analyze hospital staffing workflows and ensure all units and personnel are correctly configured in the M7 platform.
- Train unit leadership and key stakeholders on the effective use of the M7 platform.
- Drive M7 adoption in the first month post-launch through close relationship management.
- Monitor platform engagement and identify barriers to adoption.
- Synthesize feedback from nurse leaders to inform and shape product improvements.
