- Translate complex architectural changes into actionable technical requirements, deployment guides, and troubleshooting trees for field technical teams.
- Build and maintain a 'Survival Guide' technical toolkit including implementation playbooks and configuration SOPs.
- Design and drive strategic enablement programming to improve technical proficiency from onboarding through ongoing training.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and CTO organizations to ensure global consistency and alignment across technical roles.
- Act as a strategic hub between technical leadership, content creators, and AI tool builders to manage program delivery.
- Facilitate key enablement sessions and present technical materials to internal audiences.
