Job Details

10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Systems Strategy, RevOps, Enterprise Programs, or Transformation.
5+ years of experience bringing together cross-functional teams to design integrated systems or large-scale business process consolidations.
Proven track record of driving strategic decision-making and architectural alignment.
Expertise in architectural value stream mapping, system data flow design, and cross-functional requirements architecture.
Highly structured problem-solving and scalable thinking skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
Ability to operate across technical and business domains.
Preferred: Experience with large-scale CRM/CPQ ecosystem migrations or enterprise-tier billing consolidations.
Preferred: Understanding of scaling SaaS, subscription, and consumption licensing models.
Preferred: Familiarity with cloud Marketplace co-sell data architectures or SKU simplification.

Define the Unified GTM Blueprint for Wiz by creating architectural designs that consolidate CRM, CPQ, billing, and provisioning stacks.
Synthesize complex data models by defining unified data flow standards and object relationships to ensure pipeline tracking.
Determine integration cadence and technical/operational roadmaps to maintain revenue velocity.
Design integrated commercial workflows for quote-to-cash, contract consolidation, and automated renewals.
Lead interdepartmental alignment workshops to establish universal operational definitions and system governance.
Lead operational GTM readiness for scaling into new markets.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process simplification and automation.
